Have you ever seen a newt or a Ram's Horn water snail, do you know the difference between a Darter or a Hawker dragonfly; all will be explained during pond dipping sessions. What about a Painted Lady butterfly. Would you like a ride on a 70 year old grey Ferguson tractor? How about tea, coffee, squash and cake. Where else can you follow a Whinnie the Poo trail complete with a mini pot of honey and mini home made bread loaf. Would you like to listen to a story. ???? All this for free, although donations would be very welcome.
In addition to all this, there is a bird hide, eco toilet, pond dipping jetty and a living willow tunnel and free parking.
So next Sunday, FORGET EVERYTHING ELSE, and come along to Carter's Meadow, Double Corner, Cotton. 3 June 2018 1000-1200.
